United Kingdom and Channel Island Returns and Exchanges
We hope you love our product(s) that have been purchased, but if you are not satisfied, you can return or exchange any item 14 days from receipt (gift cards are non-refundable). For items purchased from shows/events can only be exchanged, sale items at Your Horse Live cannot be returned or exchanged.
(Shipping charges will not be refunded.)

The customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs. If exchanged, we will cover the cost of re-shipping the exchanged item to you, any more exchanges after that the customer will be charged for re-shipping. Please send all returns by a reliable trackable service and retain proof of postage as we cannot be responsible for items that are lost in transit. The products returned must be in perfect condition- unworn, unaltered, no hair or make-up marks and unwashed. Otherwise, products cannot be accepted.
The refund may take up to 7 business days to process and the initial shipping cost will not be refunded.
If you have received an incorrect or faulty item please email us (support@missyhollinsequestrian.com) with an image of the fault and we will get back to you as soon as possible with a suitable plan of action.
International Returns

Please send all returns by a reliable trackable service and retain proof of postage as we cannot be responsible for items that are lost in transit. To initiate a return please contact us by email (support@missyhollinsequestrian.com), please do not send your return back before getting a response from out support team.
Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days. Shipping and gift cards cannot be refunded.
Please note that refund times may vary depending on your payment provider.
Customs & Duties on Returns
Please note that customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees charged by your local authorities upon the return of goods are not covered by MISSY.HOLLINS EQUESTRIAN.
These charges are determined by your country’s customs office and are outside our control. If customs fees are applied when returning an item to us, the amount will be deducted from your refund, or the return may be refused if the fees are not paid in advance.
We recommend contacting your local customs office before sending your return to understand any applicable fees and ensuring the parcel is clearly marked as “Returned Goods” to help minimize potential charges.

International Exchanges
Due to international logistics, we are unable to offer direct exchanges at this time. If you’d like a different size or style, please return your item for a refund and place a new order.
Our USA Customers
Duties and taxes are now calculated at checkout to help avoid extra charges when your parcel is delivered.
Why are there extra charges?
- De Minimis Exemption: The previous de minimis exemption, which allowed goods valued under $800 to enter duty-free, has been eliminated for goods originating from China and Hong Kong as of May 2025. All Chinese goods are now subject to duties regardless of value.
- Product Specificity: Our products are made in China therefore U.S. Customs apply an import duty of around 10-25% of your order value. The HTS code is essential for determining the precise rate of customs fees.
- Shifting Rates: Tariff rates are subject to change based on new trade policies and negotiations. For the most accurate and current information, it is recommended to consult the official U.S. Harmonized Tariff Schedule website or contact a U.S. customs broker or U.S. Customs & Border Protection (CBP) directly.
